TGIF!!!........10 beauty habits you should do every night. For the ladies please ;)

Normally, while we sleep the skin repairs itself so we should make it our duty to make it more healthier.  A proper nightly skin routine will help improve the skin tone, make your skin glow, reduce blemishes and hydrate the skin.


  1. Remove your makeup;You can use a makeup remover, facial cleaner or cold cream to cleanse your skin and make it makeup free.
  2. Have a warm bath; The last mission to your endlessly tiring day should be soaking wet in a relaxing warm bath tub. All it will take is just 20 minutes and it will make you feel relieved, relaxed and will help you in sleeping better.
  3. Use a toner; It helps to restore the skin's natural pH level.
  4. Apply hand cream; It would keep your hands smooth and soft throughout the day.
  5. Use eye cream; It helps to moisturize and reduce dark circles around the eyes.
  6. Brush your teeth; It helps to keep your mouth free from germs and infections. And also reduce morning bad breath.
  7. Apply petroleum jelly on your feet; It prevents cracked heels and make them soft.
  8. Pin your hair or preferably put on a hair net; This would benefit both your hair and your skin.
  9. Switch to silk pillowcases; It prevents sleep lines on your face that happens when sleeping on a cotton pillowcase.
  10. Get your beauty sleep; To keep yourself looking young get 7 to 8 hours of sound sleep.
